Where can I find a replacement ballast for an OTT-LITE lamp? - ott-lite dmbl22 ballast

I have an OTT-LITE was "ballast fluorescent lamps, and finally gave out (apparently in this case, often). I was looking everywhere but can not find a ballast replacement (model DMBL22). People in the Ott-Lite are not useful. The Light was very expensive and I hate to get rid of him, and I only had a few years.
